High Road Capital LLC — Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: November 1, 2025
By accessing this website, submitting an application, or participating in any High Road Capital LLC (“HRC”) program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Nature of the Program
High Road Capital LLC operates a Performance-Based Truck Ownership Program. This program is not a rental, lease, or traditional lease-to-own arrangement. Drivers do not purchase trucks through installment payments. Ownership is earned through performance based on profit generated for High Road Capital.
High Road Capital retains legal ownership of all trucks until full ownership is earned and formally transferred.
2. No Guarantee of Earnings
Earnings depend on carrier availability, market conditions, driver performance, miles run, and other factors beyond HRC’s control. High Road Capital does not guarantee income, profits, ownership timelines, or placement with any specific carrier.
All earnings estimates on this website are examples only.
3. Carrier Relationship
Drivers choose from approved carriers. High Road Capital is not the carrier, dispatcher, or employer of the driver. The carrier is responsible for dispatch, freight, fuel cards, and certain operating deductions.
Carrier deductions, escrow, chargebacks, tolls, and adjustments may occur after settlements are paid.
4. Payment & Deductions
All carrier settlements are paid to High Road Capital. After carrier deductions, remaining net revenue is split according to the program terms.
High Road Capital may deduct the following before any payout is made to the driver:
• Negative carrier balances
• Tolls, fuel, and chargebacks
• Damage or misuse
• Minimum weekly earnings
• Transition or carrier change reserves
• Any other amounts owed
5. Performance Standards
Participation requires maintaining minimum weekly earnings and average performance levels. Failure to meet program standards may result in reduced pay, reassignment, or termination from the program.
6. Proving Ground Period
New drivers are subject to a Proving Ground period during which special payout and performance rules apply. Failure to meet production targets may result in removal from the program.
7. Walk-Away & Termination
Drivers may exit the program by returning the truck in acceptable operating condition and settling all outstanding balances. High Road Capital may also terminate participation for poor performance, misuse of equipment, violations, or failure to meet financial obligations.
8. Truck Condition & Responsibility
Drivers are responsible for operating the truck in a safe and professional manner. Abuse, neglect, or misuse may result in financial responsibility and termination.
9. Application & Background Checks
By applying, drivers authorize High Road Capital to conduct background, MVR, DAC, and carrier compliance checks.
10. No Employment Relationship
Drivers are not employees of High Road Capital. They are independent operators working through approved carriers.
11. Website Use
All content on this website is for informational purposes only. High Road Capital may update, change, or discontinue any program or terms at any time.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where High Road Capital LLC is registered.
