High Road Capital LLC is a truck ownership and placement platform that helps motor carriers grow by supplying professionally maintained, late-model trucks for qualified drivers.

High Road Capital owns and maintains a growing fleet of late-model sleeper trucks, including 2020 and 2021 Peterbilt 579s, that are available to be placed with carriers through approved drivers.

We provide:

Carriers receive reliable, fully equipped trucks without tying up capital.

How Drivers Are Placed

High Road Capital recruits and accepts drivers into our Performance-Based Ownership Program. Once accepted, drivers are free to choose any approved motor carrier to operate with.

If a carrier already has a driver who needs a truck, that driver may apply to High Road Capital and enter the program under the same standards and performance requirements as all other drivers.

Carriers remain fully responsible for:

• Vetting and onboarding drivers

• Safety and compliance

• Dispatch and load assignment

• Training and supervision

High Road Capital does not supply drivers to any specific carrier. We supply trucks to drivers.
 

We do not act as a driver staffing agency.
We do not dispatch freight.
We do not control drivers’ carrier relationships.

We provide trucks. Drivers choose carriers.

Drivers operate under the carrier’s authority. The carrier provides:

• Dispatch and freight

• Fuel cards

• Insurance

• ELD and camera systems

• IRP, IFTA, and regulatory compliance
