High Road Capital owns and maintains a growing fleet of late-model sleeper trucks, including 2020–2021 Peterbilt 579s, available to be placed with carriers through approved drivers.

We provide:

Carriers gain access to reliable, fully equipped trucks without tying up capital.
 

How Drivers Are Placed

High Road Capital recruits and accepts drivers into our Performance-Based Ownership Program. Once accepted, drivers may choose any approved motor carrier to operate under.

Carriers may also refer drivers who need a truck, provided those drivers meet the same program standards and performance requirements.

Carriers remain fully responsible for:

• Driver vetting and onboarding

• Safety and regulatory compliance

• Dispatch and load assignment

• Training and supervision

High Road Capital does not:

• Act as a driver staffing agency

• Dispatch freight

• Control driver–carrier relationships

We provide trucks. Drivers choose carriers.
 

How the Partnership Works

Drivers operate under the carrier’s authority. The carrier provides:

• Dispatch and freight

• Fuel cards

• Insurance

• ELD and camera systems

• IRP, IFTA, and regulatory compliance

High Road Capital provides the truck and ensures it remains properly maintained and operational.
