Built From Experience

High Road Capital was built from decades of combined experience across multiple sides of the transportation and logistics industry.

Our leadership team has worked in brokerage, over-the-road driving, fleet ownership, sales, logistics operations, ocean freight, container storage, and equipment management.

We’ve operated 53’ dry vans, reefers, containers, flatbeds, and specialized freight. We’ve handled driver-assist delivery, bulk store distribution, port operations, and long-term customer contracts.

Before building this program, we ran trucking operations, managed logistics businesses, developed customer relationships, and oversaw container storage and handling tied to port activity.

Through those years of experience, we saw firsthand how hard drivers work and how difficult it can be to move from simply earning a paycheck to building something of their own.

High Road Capital’s performance-based ownership model was created from that perspective — combining real-world experience, operational knowledge, and a commitment to creating opportunity for drivers who are ready to grow.
