Program Overview
High Road Capital offers two true equipment lease programs built for experienced CDL drivers. You choose the structure that fits how you run, operate under your own carrier relationship, and keep what you earn above your lease costs. Both programs include maintenance support and an optional path to purchase your truck at the end of the term for qualifying drivers.
Step 1 — Choose Your Program Pick the lease structure that fits how you run: a fixed weekly Owner-Operator lease, or our 50/50 Revenue Share.
Step 2 — Get Approved and Set Up Once you're approved with HRC and with your own carrier, we sign your truck onto their authority and get you ready to roll.
Step 3 — You Run Your Business You complete loads and generate revenue through normal operations under your carrier.
Step 4 — Transparent Weekly Settlement Your lease payment or revenue share is handled through a clear weekly settlement, with all activity tracked transparently.
Step 5 — Optional Path to Purchase Qualifying drivers who complete the term in good standing may have the option to purchase the truck, on the terms set in their lease agreement.

Owner-Operator Lease
A fixed weekly payment you set at signing, plus a small per-mile charge. Everything you earn above your costs is yours. Best for steady, high-volume drivers who want a predictable number.
50/50 Revenue Share
We share your net settlement revenue 50/50, with a weekly minimum that scales with your miles and a cap so our share never exceeds the agreed maximum. A lower-pressure way to get started.
Performance Requirement
Each program carries a weekly payment or mileage-based minimum, set at signing and kept at a workable level. Drivers are expected to operate consistently and communicate openly. Performance and account activity are tracked weekly, and continued participation is based on meeting the terms of your lease.
WEEKLY SETTLEMENT
Your earnings depend on how you run and the freight you haul
-
A weekly escrow contribution builds a reserve, returned at term end minus any amounts owed
-
All settlements and account activity are tracked transparently
Accountability
This program is designed for drivers who take their business seriously. Drivers are expected to communicate, operate consistently, and follow the terms of their lease. Failure to do so may result in default and final account reconciliation as set out in the lease agreement.
This program is best suited for experienced drivers who are disciplined, consistent, and committed to building their business.
